Payment

WHOLE Healing, PLLC is a private pay practice, which allows us to provide personalized, high-quality care without the limitations imposed by insurance companies. By working outside of insurance networks, we are able to prioritize your goals, protect your privacy, and offer treatment that is collaborative, flexible, and tailored to your unique needs. Payment is due at the time of service, and a superbill can be provided upon request for possible out-of-network reimbursement.

Individual Therapy

Initial Intake Session (60 minutes): $75
Individual Therapy Session (50 minutes): $60
Extended Session (75 minutes): $80

Therapy Bundles

4-Session Bundle (50 minutes each): $200
(Save $40 — $50/session)
Expires in 3 months
8-Session Bundle (50 minutes each): $400
(Save $80 — $50/session)
Expires in 6 months
12-Session Bundle (50 minutes each): $600
(Save $120 — $150/session)
Expires in 9 months

Additional Services

Clinical Documentation / Letters / Forms: $35 per hour
Phone Consultation (15 minutes): Free - New Clients Only

Cancellation Policy

Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice or missed appointments may be charged the full session fee. Missed or late-canceled sessions (less than 24 hours’ notice) may be deducted from the bundle.
