Clinical Assessments

Clinical assessments provide a structured starting point for understanding mental health, substance use, and co-occurring concerns. Rather than focusing solely on symptoms or labels, assessments are used to identify patterns, strengths, risk factors, and areas that may benefit from targeted support.

At WHOLE Healing, assessments are collaborative and thorough, incorporating clinical interviews, standardized screening tools when appropriate, and a review of current stressors, history, and goals. The process is designed to inform treatment planning, clarify the level of care needed, and support practical, individualized recommendations.

Assessments may be used for diagnostic clarification, treatment planning, or coordination of care. The goal is to develop a clear, accurate picture that supports meaningful progress—not to assign labels without purpose.
